Service Analyst (4 months contract - cover maternity) Targeted Start date : 01 March 2015 Working location :Boon Lay Working hours : 8.30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) Salary : S$ 3000 - S$ 3500/month JOB DESCRIPTION : - Follow up & update AR payment remittance by retrieving from our Banker JP Morgan in AX Dynamic System on weekly basis for Parts & Service Team - Manage and tracking all service related job; Monitor and book in Service Engineers Total working hours and project related expenses for each project for cost control - Provide, maintain accurate and up to date statistic work for each service engineer’s workload within the service team, generate Service Engineers Utilization Report that shown Individual Service Engineers Total working hours, and all the service job that involve for each month - Generate and update purchase orders for internal / external customer - Generate Project Quotation in Project module for service team - Process sub contractor / Third Party Supplier invoicing for payment - Prepare work orders and submit customer invoices for Parts associate with project related job - Prepare work order and submit customer invoice for Service Project (Commissioning, service job only & workshop - Manage all service warranty claims and liaise with KEC Warranty Team; Receive service warranty claims from Service Supervisor, compile documents required to submit the claim to KIEL eg. Customer claim letter (to ensure the warranty expiry date is within the warranty claim policy), fill up the warranty notification form, service engineers time sheet, GTR, or any other expenses and complete service report by service engineer, submit to KIEL for warranty claim no.
