Service Coordinator-HARARE $800 Our Client is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The main duties will supporting the Sales and Distribution department by processing and growing sales of Retail and Trade customers by working in close partnership with a field sales rep and liaising with the factory and technical departments. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Customer Care Centre. Major tasks: Handle and resolve Customer complaints Monitor and report departmental service levels Monitor and report staff performance and development Ensure service delivery to customers by Customer Service Liaison Officers Ensures proper functioning of all communication systems and equipment.
