Joseph Duhon III March 7, 1964 - September 12, 2013 Obituary NEW IBERIA – Memorial Services will be conducted for Edgar Joseph "E.J." Duhon, III, age 49, at 11:00 am Monday, September 16, 2013 at Evangeline Funeral Home with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will be held at St. John Cemetery in Jeanerette privately at a later date. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday. . A native of Morgan City and resident of Jeanerette, E.J. passed away at 6:00 am on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at his residence. E.J. enjoyed spending time outdoors, boat riding, hunting, fishing, going to the camp and cooking for his family. He truly enjoyed his work in the oilfield, watching football and shooting pool. He will be dearly missed by his wife and kids and his four legged companion "Hercules" E.J. is survived by his wife Cyd Clements Duhon; son, Tyler J. Duhon; daughter, Kayla M. Duhon, father, Edgar J. Duhon, Jr. and his mother in law, Josie Ann Clements all of Jeanerette; three sisters, Samantha D. Derouen and husband Lynnwood of Patoutville; Stacie D. Little and husband Elridge of Grand Marais and Tracies D. Raggette and husband Keith of Jeanerette; nieces and nephews, Joshua Derouen, Logan Little, Londyn Little, Hunter Paul Raggette, Natalia Duhon, MiLexi Duhon, Kane Johnston, Addison Johnston, Brooke Escobar and Simone Clements and his godchildren, Derek Segura, Leslie Picard and Nicole Duhon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Luna Guillotte Duhon; one brother, Bobby J. Duhon and his father in law, Beverly Lawrence "Lock" Clements. The family would like to thank Paramount Hospice and his wonderful caretakers, Lisa Morales, his Aunt Eula Segura and husband Larry, Lacey Langlinais and John Falterman for their care and support.
