Set some goals, then demolish them... Today I hit the 39 minute mark for 5km! A lot of people this year have been telling me how proud they are of me, but today is the first time Ive truly felt proud of myself. Ive always been hard on myself when it comes to weight and health, and it might seem like a small feat to some, but to achieve a fitness goal like this isnt something I ever believed Id be capable of. 75 days left until Kili - let the countdown begin! #kilihereicome #feelinginspired #trektowardsacure
