It appears that Abraham Friend was a brother to Amanda William Hamilton Chatfield on the census and he lists a sister - Katie M age 17 as living with him and his family Adam Owrey was born 15 Mar 1832 in New Castle, PA. He died 29 Mar 1915 in Ironton, Ohio. His first wife, Miss Clara Gibson b 17 Dec 1832. She died in 1855. His obit states: that he is survived by wife, formerly Catherine Chatfield along with the following children: William Joseph, Mrs. William (Ida) Truby and Mrs. Zera Sharp. A son, Charles, predeceased Mr. Owrey. All the records I can find show Mary Catherines birth date as 1862. , So Adam married a woman 30 years his junior. The next problem is that it show their sons, Joseph, birth date as 25 Nov 1862. .
