Setlist – John Kadlecik (solo) – 11/8/2014 – Quixotes True Blue – Denver, CO Single set: Touch of Grey; Sister Smiles; The Business; Across the Universe; The Light That Has Lighted the World; Liquid Silver > Riverrun; Doin That Rag; And It Stoned Me; Bron-Yr-Aur; Thank You (Led Zeppelin); Señor; Mission in the Rain; Lake Shore Drive; Illegal Smile; Good Friday Experiment; Crazy Train; Frozen Smiles (Graham Nash); Unbroken Chain; Victim or the Crime; The Maker; Down to Eugene Johns set had several nice surprises in it and occurred between two sets played by Led Zeppelin cover band HoneyPuddle. Unfortunately, there was no wifi available in the room and I had to resort to using Verizon cellular from my iPad (AT&T from my phone was spotty at best). I lost the stream 2/3 of the way through Johns set and couldnt get it back. On later inspection, it looks like I exceeded my data allotment for the iPad and got disconnected. I couldnt get back on to add more data for some reason. Very disappointing - sorry :( So, while I thought the Phoenix stream was a piece of cake, it may well have been beginners luck, with real life snafus like last night probably being more common than I realized. I have an even more heightened respect for everything our usual tapers/streamers do!! It does look like my recording of the shows came out OK, so you should be able to look forward to an Archive post in the very near future. Although I missed the apparently sick Phil & Friends shows this weekend, this trip was absolutely amazing, and Im so grateful to have been able to do it. Thanks for all of the help and support from the community! Leaving for the airport now, Philly bound, eager to see my honey at home. And JK is playing with Phil & Friends (and with Jeff Chimenti, Joe Russo, Larry & Teresa) next weekend at the Cap - so theres that!
