Setting: Mental health facility Situation: residents live in small rooms in which all of their belongings could easily be packed in 3-4 boxes Conversation: Male pt: I wish I had one of those things that you wrap around your neck (was told it was a scarf) How much would a scarf cost? Female pt: I have one to give you...the colors would look nice on a man... After lunch, we notice he is indeed proudly sporting a new scarf:) Saw so many kindnesses today between the patients...it was really good:)
