Seven months ago I suffered a stroke and had no choice but to make lifestyle changes. I am still not smoking. I have my good days and bad days. But one thing I am grateful for is the fact that I can resume a normal life whereas there are other people out there who struggle with their health every single day. I know I am one of the lucky ones. Life is a very precious thing. We should all make the best of it because you only live once.
