Sever & strange illness The condition started 3 days ago with sudden generalized muscle pain and generalized weakness with sever agonizing headache, without pointing to any system affection with no fever. At the end of first day there was neck stiffness and pain on just moving the eyeballs.The second day was no different than the first day but the muscle pain was severer and also headache and also without any specific system affection. Yesterday headache resolved partially, fever start to appear at night and continuous uncontrolled shivering for at least 45 min, then vomiting occurred (I assume vomiting was because of shivering). Some relief then shivering started again followed by vomiting. No diarrhea nor constipation or any other system affection. I received R/Megamox 1gm , R/flagyl 500 R/abimol and analgesic. For my medical friends please for supposed diagnosis and treatment.
