Several clients came to Stevens Realty Group this year looking to rent their Hudson Valley homes. Desirable homes in desirable areas can yield high rents around here. If your a renter, you know this. Vacation rentals are turning serious profits in the Hudson Valley and we know how to handle them soup to nuts - marketing, advertising, filling weekly/monthly vacancies, meet/greet and handle the turnovers.
