Several dozen Saudi women get behind the wheel to protest the fact that strong Islamist laws prevent them from driving... A rather funny spoof on the subject: youtu.be/aZMbTFNp4wI in another article is states that there are over 300,000 accidents in Saudi last year alone, costing the government over 30 billion Riyals and that 30% of hospital beds are filled with victims of these accidents... Having lived there for over three years I can atest that driving is like a free-for-all, with very little rules that are followed... reading these stats, it might be safer for the women not to drive, one thing for sure they certainly couldnt be much worse than there male counterparts!!! And another note, when they come to Canada we give them a license because they have one from Saudi... that is scary...
