Bring hands to ground, kick right foot back to chair next to left, bring that right foot back to the ground and stand up) Deadlift (Using a bar, bend at hips bringing bar towards ground- straighten up) Push-Press (Using a bar or dumbbells, bring to shoulders and do a shoulder press using momentum from legs) Cross Cable Lat Pull Down Hi-Lo (Pull cable across your body and squat as you pull elbow into side) Lunge – twist cable (As you lunge down, twist cable to side using waist) Plank Crawl (In a plank position, crawl forward, backward, side-side) Crunch – Feet in a V (Lying on back, bring both feet straight up in air, drop 1 leg down hovering the floor and crunch up. Switch legs after 12 reps) EnJoy!
