Maintain key processes for inventory level optimization within the business strategic priorities (Customer service / cost to serve). 3. Maintain high quality master data on SAP & APO 4. Fit in SAP/APO generated replenishment plans in to actual demand trends and patterns. 5. Participate as team member to the business’ Pre-Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processs to ensure full understanding of customer requirements, dynamic market change and hence articulate operations supply plan. 6. Monitor and manage sales forecast variations, to ensure active operations response into customer dynamic demand. 7. Participate in planning annual budget construction. 8. Plan material to attain company metrics like stock turns and customer fill rate. 9. Maintain on schedule performance metrics for operation to attain customer requirements. 10. Work with management to organize schedule changes due to backlogs, design changes and material/labor shortages. 11. Ensure production system updates are performed to provide sufficient planning prospects for acquiring activities along with manufacturing capacity considerations. 12. Follow up on material orders to maintain completion in a timely manner. 13. Responsible for Master Production Schedule. Personal Skills: 1. B.SC in any relevant major 2. Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in supply planning preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG multinational entities 3. Good ERP knowledge in specific SAP 4. Relevant Supply Chain Management certificate or diploma such as CPIM, CSCP, etc.. 5. Strong communication skills and Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills. 6. Excellent customer service skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally. 7. Work well under pressure and able to work independently 8. Ability to follow-up on actions. 9.
