Several people contacted me to ask which friend I lost, and I did not want to reveal to the public at first so the family would have time to notify everyone. The friend is Cody Yuhas, my pharmacy intern from last summer (2012). I was proud to call him my student and proud I had a small part in his training. He was highly motivated, well educated, and dedicated to the profession. I was more proud to call him friend. Even when he was having personal struggles, he always had a ready smile and a contagious chuckle. His love and dedication to his daughter was something I will always admire. I will miss the friendship I hoped I would have with him for many years to come, but as long as I live I will always carry my memories of this wonderful young man with me. Im truly saddened the rest of his story will go unwritten, but memories of him will live on always.
