Several people have asked why ive not been around... Its been a horrible time since i got home friday evening... I had rehab on friday. Mom and I went together. I was gonna crate mcgee and leave the others in the house (but ive been in sorta anxiety mode worried something was gonna happen the last couple weeks) but i worried the house could catch on fire and they would be trapped so I put them in the front yard because Psych Oorah was in the back yard.. because I was nervous i put an extra latch on the gate... when we got home... gate was open, clip and the extra goat clip had been taken off... gate opened and the clip snapped back so no way a goat did it. I dont believe it was intentional... i think someone came up to the house seeing both my vehicles here (i rode with mom) and when they went to open the gate the dogs charged and maybe they just didnt latch the gate back. They would be HARD to steal... a few are very aggressive at the fence. Ray Salas it wouldnt be easy to steal them would it? Also please keep everyone in jellico emergency aware of this situation and keep their eyes open. Stetson, JW and mcgee are missing... Stetson and JW have hiked this mountain 100s of times but are back within a few hours... Mcgee has never been anywhere and is usually a home body. Ive drove all over, talked to all the neighbors, went to all sides of the mountain they could possibly come down... and let people know there is a reward and will post posters tomorrow when i can get to a copy machine. No one has seen them... no prints at the river, no prints going up the mountain where people 4 wheel... stetson and jw would normally go up right behind my house... and mcgee would probably tag along since i was gone and he hates to be alone. I have no idea why they could still be gone that isnt horrible... Im hoping its something as simple as they found a decaying carcass but jw doesnt like being outside with the heat... and he has never missed sleeping on my pillow in 4 yrs. My friend is trying to check with the rail road to see if they reported hitting anything friday... ive walked a lot of the tracks until it gets to steep... ive hiked up the mountain as far as I can go (its thick with briars and such) and im cut up, sore to the point of almost not being able to walk and sad because i saw nothing other than a few rattlesnakes. When they didnt come home the first night... i knew something seriously was wrong... maybe someone is feeding them... the postal people know, all my neighbors know, and ive put the word out in many places... So far... nothing... have not found tracks... have not found anything... stetson and JW are clipped and wouldnt look pretty and something you would think someone would want to steal... JW is shy and wouldnt let someone force him into a vehicle i dont think... he hasnt been in an auto since he was 4 months old... The ones you couldnt keep our of a vehicle are still here... and they would have to park down at the road and walk up my couple 100 foot drive so wasnt like open the gate and vehicle would be right there. Just in case though im offering a reward but its highly unlikely... Im hoping no one has foot traps or such set up in the mountain that i cant get to from this side and they are trapped or such... I cant come up with a positive reason how they could be missing this long... The 3 missing are the 3 i would never ever have parted with... the ones remaining are really the ones i keep out of obligation because they needed homes... the 3 that sleep on my bed always and i love... missing or possibly worse... send every good thought my way that you can...
