Several training slots available for work at home customer service positions. All inbound! Assisting major wireless companies, major cable company, a roadside assistance company, the happiest place on earth, or the makers of the hottest cell phone that everyone wants!! Must have call center experience and great customer service skills. Must be comfortable in working from home, providing a quiet home office location. You will be an independent contractor(1099) and not an employee(w2). You will be your own boss, and can schedule your hours to work around your life, just be willing to commit to at least 15-20 hours per week, but could work up to 80 hours per week for some clients. Must be able to provide own equipment like computer (windows 7(desktop or laptop) preferred, windows 8 (no laptop, only desktop) and if you want to work for the maker of the hottest cell phone out right now, then you will need a MAC computer to service them. You will also need a headset, internet service (due to the privacy of the clients customers, absolutely no WIFI, must be hard-wired to internet), and a landline service and phone or VOIP (no cell phone or magic jack). Pay ranges from $9-$18 per hour + bonus and incentives! Some clients are 24/7 others are 7a-12a est. Must pass background check (clean record), voice assessment and customer service test in order to work!
