Several years ago, while Ed Meierkort was coaching USD football, the Coyotes opened the season with the Hawks of Qunicy University. The Hawks had to know they were in trouble when Stefan Logan took the opening kickoff for a touchdown. The final was 59-0 Coyotes. When the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader asked for reaction to the drubbing, Quincy Coach Bill Terlisner at first wouldnt comment--but then called the reporter back and said, They got what they paid for. Tonight, our BCU Chargers are in the Dome against the Number One team in NAIA football, the Morningside College Mustangs. That squads lowest point total in a game has been 50. They, of course, are completely unbeaten, while BCU sits at a hard-luck 1-6. One would have to think that no sane man would pick the Chargers in this game. But--they play the games for a reason, so lets just see. 7:00 for the Fiber-Comm Pre-game Show, 7:30 the kickoff from the Dome.
