Several years ago with my regular blood test, discovered I was very low on vitamin D. Might be worth looking into if immune function or depression is an issue. Often referred to as the Sunshine Vitamin. I got and get lots of sunshine...but still need Vitamin D daily. Now please note Vitamin D Is fat soluable vitamin. So have Doctor Check levels before taking. One can get too much because it is a fat soluble vitamin.
