Severe thunderstorms swept across Blue Grass Energy’s service area this evening causing widespread outages. As of 9:45 pm, there were 45 outages reported affecting approximately 3000 members in eight counties. The hardest hit area appears to be Franklin County where over 1350 members are without power.
