Always take time warming up slowly. try to bust a sweat~ Rule1:Be kind to thine self with exercises you enjoy, and be more likely to continue, Rule 2: Do not hurt thine self by starting too fast with too much. (Injuries are the enemy! They shut down and send progress backwards, Take baby steps if its been a while.) Initially work out may consist of walking sweating and stretching. Rule 3~ REpeat 1 and 2! RULE 4 is DO IT!
