Its a world record. it needs guts to take such a courageous action. Which Chief Minister in India has ever done what Akhilesh has done? NONE. This young Chief Minister exhibited his courage when he refused to yield to pressure from then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, the Central IAS Officers Association and several State IAS Officers Association and the media to reverse or rescind the suspension of IAS officer. Finding things going more tough for her, Durga Nagapal had to offer her apology in person to the Chief Minister with a request to pardon her, which he did. Lately he even suspended the IAS husband of Durga Nagal. We need such young Chief Ministers who can take firm and tough action against Ministers and Bureaucrats. By his yesterdays world record action, Akhilesh Yadav is being lauded by the global TV and print media. I have seen Akhilesh as a kid, and observed him. He is foreign educated and is polite, humble and tough now.
