Shah, Dar joins PDP : Sachnews Jammu Kashmir Reporter Younis Khaliq SRINAGAR, April 4: Senior political activist from Shopian, G M Shah and Ghulam Ahmad Dar Friday joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The party patron, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed welcomed the new entrants into the party fold at his official Gupkar residence. Party leaders, Ataullah Simanai, district co-ordinator Shopian; Muzzafar Jan and Advocate Mohammad Yousuf Bhat were also present on the occasion. G M Shah, who hails from Trenz village in Shopian assembly constituency, is the vice-president of J&K Panch/Sarpanch United Forum. And Ghulam Ahmad Dar hails from Zainapora village. Speaking on the occasion the new entrants the present dispensation has miserably failed on all fronts over the last more than five years, and people are suffering on multiple fronts because of its insensitivity and inefficiency. They said the PDP has now become a natural choice for people, who want to contribute in the party’s efforts in getting the state out of the present mess.
