Shalom LKulam Many people when ask about the temple service have a puzzled look in their faces. But, temple study must be a priority for the believers in Yeshua. All the ministry of Yeshua happened around the Jerusalem Temple setting. I am of the belief that if we all understand the temple service then we will the First century Writings better. QUESTION???? According to the description of Josephus it appears to have been decorated with the Milky Way rather than constellations of the Zodiac. Yes about the tie-in to the earthquake of Uzziah (mentioned three times in the Tanach) that Josephus informs us occurred at the time Uzziah burnt incense within the Temple. He states that the Tzaarat (Biblical leprosy) could be seen on his face by the light from the rift (or tearing of the veil) that occurred with the earthquake.
