Shameful that so many people died in Patna. Raavan Dahan happens every year at historic Gandhi Maidan. Why adequate steps were not taken by the administration to prevent this? It is indeed very unfortunate. My deepest condolences with the families in this hour of grief. Honourable PM directed state CM to take all the efforts and ask Union health minister to visit Patna and do all the needfull, PM also ask for full report from the state government. Government of India is monitoring the situation very closely and will do all the possible steps.
