[Shameless advertising ahead] I appreciate everyones support regarding the release of the book. It means a great deal to us and Im grateful. The part Im not good at it is now here, where sales/marketing efforts begin. Its not my thing at all. Fortunately McFarland will mostly handle that. Id rather ... give blood or something than try to sell (trying to move popcorn for the Duncan High School band was my idea of what hell was like). But ... with apologies to you for the advertising, heres one last self-promotion today: If any of my wonderful friends/family out there want their personally autographed copy of the book, Ill be happy to order one for them using my authors discount of 30% off the cover price. That lowers the cover price from $45 to $31.50. I dont get discounts for the Kindle or Nook e-book editions, which are still at $16.49. I would dearly love to be able to give away free copies. Unfortunately, Im not Stephen King or John Grisham; I attract pocket lint, not pocket change. But I can certainly extend the discount to anyone who wants it, again with my grateful appreciation.
