Shannon Garcia is my new business partner with Rodan + Fields and I couldnt be more thrilled!!! Shannon and I met at 5:15 AM Crossfit! She was adorable even at 5:15AM!!!! And she had recently had her third child! So right then I knew that she didn’t mind hard work. I saw a dedication (she’s still a CrossFitter) and a determination that most people can’t imagine. She’s a Texas A&M graduate and is an Electrical Engineer, so we know she’s a smart cookie!!! I definitely knew that she had to be organized to get up that early for her CrossFit workout and then go home and get her three, precious children ready before going to work!!! I love a multi-tasker!!! They know how to get things done!!! Shannon sees what this business could mean for her family!! She’s excited to start her own business and develop this Plan B infinitely for her family! She loves to CrossFit and Cook….that’s a gal after my own heart!!!
