Shannon told me about this and as I am not a coffee hound but am a bit of a tea whore my interest was , shall we say, perked. Since I love to let my heavily buttered homemade harvest bread linger in my tea I figured why not a bullet proof tea----it is awesome. I read somewhere that Jimmy Fallon (love that nut!) drinks a morning beverage with coconut oil added that he says gives him stamina for his grueling schedule. Sooooooo....if its good enough for my Shannon and Jimmy Fallon---well, then, its good enough for me. But, how am I EVER going to become a vegan. My love of butter is noteworthy--I use 8 to 12 pounds of it a month. Plus nearly as much olive oil! In my defense, I cook ALOT!
