Assist Supervisor and Engineer to ensure pre-comm & commissioning execution within the comm. team are planned to comply with the overall commissioning schedule. 2. Ensure all HSE regulations are stringently adhered to and to supervise technician work at site. 3. Assist Supervisor and Engineer to plan and carry out the preparation of the pre-comm & comm. and hand over site activities in accordance with relevant ITR-B/C and Commissioning Procedure. 4. Specialize to perform mechanical rotating equipment alignment as per CSP-20 guideline. 5. Specialize to perform engine inspection & testing for Firewater pump and Emergency Diesel. Generator as pervendor manual/ checklist, ITR-B/C and commissioning procedure. 6. Prepare documentation work (ITR, mark-up drawing & compilation of final document). 7. Perform line-walk & installation check prior to pre-comm and commissioning. 8. To utilize his multiskill to complete the pre-comm & commissioning activity. POSITION: SENIOR PIPING TECHNICIAN (5PAX) 1. Assist Supervisor and Engineer to ensure pre-comm & commissioning execution within the comm. team are planned to comply with the overall commissioning schedule. 2. Ensure all HSE regulations are stringently adhered to and to supervise technician work at site. 3. Assist Supervisor and Engineer to plan and carry out the preparation of the pre-comm & comm. And hand over site activities in accordance with relevant ITR-B/C and Commissioning Procedure. 4. To plan and supervise for piping Lube Oil Flushing and N2+He Reinstatement Leak Test as per Generic Commissioning Procedure and CSP-20 guideline. 5. Prepare documentation work (ITR, mark-up drawing & compilation of final document). 6. Perform line-walk & installation check prior to pre-comm and commissioning. 7. Plan and prepare the material for testing temporary setup as per marked-up drawing. 8. To utilize his multiskill to complete the pre-comm & commissioning activity. POSITION: PIPING TECHNICIAN (10PAX) 1. Assist Supervisor and Engineer to ensure pre-comm & commissioning execution within the comm. team are planned to comply with the overall commissioning schedule and HSE regulations. 2. To carry out line walk based on mark-up drawing provided by Supervisor or Engineer for testing, pre-comm & commissioning execution. 3. To complete the ITR-B/C as per checklist and record all test measurement during testing. 4. To fabricate & install pipe fittings, temporary setup (hose, blind, etc.) for testing preparation work. POSITION: SENIOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (12PAX) & ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (13PAX) 1. Assist the supervisor in Supervising and performing electrical pre-commissioning & commissioning activities as per approved procedure of all equipment for acceptance by client for SK316 Development project. 2. To perform Electrical bench test. 3. To carry out preparation work at site prior to perform commissioning activities, such as temporary facilities, etc. 4. To perform other official works as requested by H.O.D, Engineer or Immediate Supervisor. 5. To ensure de-preservation and preservation of related equipment are carried out prior and after completion of commissioning works. 6. To maintain and service all test equipment, tools and temporary facilities that belongs to Commissioning Department 7. To fill-up relevant check sheets upon completion of commissioning activities. 8. To carry out compilation of check sheet for Commissioning Final Documentation 9. To carry out rectifications work as captured under punch list. 10. To make sure all safety regulation and requirement is intact while execution of work at site. Responsible for the enforcement of Safety requirement and guidelines are properly implemented at site. Responsible to ensure subordinates have proper training and briefing of works to be executed by going through - Trades identification - Work procedures - Job hazard analysis for hazard identification and mitigation plan. Responsible for the surveillance of the works executed are according to the procedures and safety guidelines. Give consultation and warning to workers if violation of safety guideline. 11. Responsible to ensure accident are being investigated and reported. 12. To adhere to all safety rules and regulations laid by company and clients POSITION: SNR INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (16PAX) & INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (8PAX) 1. Calibration of field Instruments. 2. Service and troubleshooting of multifunction devices. 3. Loop check of field instruments. 4. Cause & Effect testing. 5. Assist Engineer for logic check. 6. Assist vendor for pre-commissioning. 7. Documentation work (check sheet, mark-up drawings & compilation of final documents). 8. Punchlist work. 9. Line walk & installation check prior to pre-commissioning. 10. Assist Engineer for procedure close-out. 11. Other work request by department.
