Found in a park in Southwest Detroit, Patty is fighting to survive. Someone had skinned this dog from the back of her neck to her ears. Her fur was hanging off her poor body. This was NOT an accident; someone purposely skinned this dog. This is one of the worst cases of abuse we have ever seen! We need your help! We are working with Providing for Paws who saved her and they need funds for the two surgeries she had. A case likes this takes a lot of funds for her to recover.
