Shared from Susan Nielsen Facebook. PURDON, Deborah Marie - Debbie has passed away unexpectedly in her 60th year on November 16, 2014. She is welcomed into Heavens embrace by her parents Gerald and Lois and niece Christina. An incredibly loving and caring person who will be missed terribly by her son Chad, grandsons Airon and Matthew, brothers Greg and John, sister-in-laws April and Debbie, nieces and nephews Tanya, Gerry, Jeremy, Marina, Shaheem, Shakeel and Aleeyah, best friend Dallas and long time companion Keeper. Debbie lived and loved life to the fullest, overcame obstacles that defeat most, was a breast cancer survivor but unfortunately succumbed to her battle with COPD. She was a bright light and strong support to the community she loved so much. Although Debbies lifes flame was extinguished too soon her beautiful and kind soul, infectious smile and devotions to her family and true friends will ignite the fondest of memories for years to follow. You will always be loved and never forgotten. Be at Peace Mother and breathe in Heavens sweet air. The Purdon family will receive visitors on Saturday November 29, 2014 from 2pm-3pm at Pine Hills Cemetery - 625 Birchmount Road Scarborough with a service to follow. If desired, flowers (the more purple the better) can be sent to the above address or alternatively donations may be made in her name to Torontos Interval House @ intervalhouse.ca/donate.
