Burns, who is most recognized for his efforts to restore a 1910 Northern Pacific dining car, will share historic Tacoma photographs with contemporary scenes. The event will be held on Thurs., Sept. 5 at 2 p.m. at Peoples Retirement Community, 1720 E. 67th St., in Tacoma."
