Sharing a great under $10 meal for all you Hawaiians in Arizona who miss eating fish. Yesterday we found some fresh Mullet at Mekong market on Dobson Rd and Apache. We paid $8 for 3 nice size mullets. Went home cleaned the fish, threw some black beans, onion, shoyu, garlic, lup cheong, and dab of Mayo and baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes....ummmmm, ummmmm winnah! Ate the steam mullet with poi and it was ono (good)!
