Tan Sri SS .... the States civil service to be a very competent workforce..... other than skills n knowledge, d other vy impt trait is d psycho social traits......our service delivery can only b considered excellent only if it makes d lives of those we served, better......everything that we do must make positive difference to all those that they are intended for. YAB CM......looking at you all today, looking at Morshidi n Yahya, I, on behalf of d people of Swak, wld like to say that, we are all in good hands.... u hv the responsibility entrusted by the people of Swak, and you have carried out that task competently.....the States Civil Service is vigorously going thru transformations to meet the rakyat rising expectations......to b world class, the Civil Service must have honest, sincere n competent workforce......the foundation of a good governance. Those words, though inspiring, are also demanding......but to this day, I am glad to have chosen public service as my forte......an honour indeed to serve the rakyat especially, the needy and the less fortunate. Happy Civil Service Day to all.......
