Sharing from Gina Burgess, a supporter I met in Allen County - TopicsExpress

Sharing from Gina Burgess, a supporter I met in Allen County yesterday. : I have to admit, I was really impressed by Mike Claytor. I asked him some pretty hard-hitting questions privately and publicly. His responses demonstrated a thorough understanding of the State Auditors office, its problems and limitation. I was really impressed by his working knowledge and genuine interest in transparency in government. A lot of candidates talk this talk, but Mike really seems sincere and his proposals are spot on with improvements I, myself, would make. Look forward to seeing who the Republicans and Libertarians put up against him. (For those that don’t know, the current State Auditor is a Republican who is not elected but an appointment—and this is the office responsible for the millions of dollars “lost” last year to the extent that county governments didn’t even know the money was missing. Now some make the argument that because no one missed the money that it wasn’t actually missing. Really?? That’s like saying if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, then it doesn’t make a sound. These are probably the same people that believe a liar, liar can be identified only when his pants catch fire. Just sayin….) Anyways, please check out Mike Claytor’s website and get to know this guy as I feel he is a candidate worth watching: claytor4auditor/
