Sharing this for a friend of mine. It now has been two weeks. This is what I am pushed to do. Post it!! To whom it may concern, I and my family were in the Rock’n Rogers on South Commercial St. on July 21, 2014. Our server was XXXX. She took our orders and was fairly friendly, Although her service was not the most attentive. (There were not many other customers in the place at this time). When it came time for us to pay, she handed us our folders. We checked our tickets, put our cards down in the sleeves and then gave them back to her. She then charged our cards with the wrong receipt. When we brought this to her attention, she then proceeded to tell us that we put our cards into the wrong folders. She did not apologize. She acted very inconvenienced. She then went and re-ran the correct tickets without cancelling out the first transaction. This whole situation took about 45 minutes to clear up. XXXXX, (the manager) tried to be calm through the whole process and explain it the best that he could. He told us that both charges would not go through our banks. That the wrong charge would be deleted. Well, a couple of days later I noticed that I had been charged for both transactions. I then called (several times) and left my name and number for him to call me back. I received NO return phone calls. After about a week I finally got a hold of him. He told me that I would have to bring documentation in and that he would have to call the owner. I told him that I would call the owner. I have left messages with NO return phone calls. It now has been two weeks without any resolution. I am now at the point that I will no longer patronize the South Salem Rock’n Rogers and possibly any other Rock’n Rogers. I expect to receive the total of $77.55 that I have paid out to this establishment in a timely fashion. Thank you Korey Cardiff
