Here is their status : So - our septic tank lid (which I guess was made of wood) caved in and fell into our tank along with all the dirt. Try to have it pumped out - didnt work. Called 3 companies - 2 said they would send someone out today (no show!!!) and the third one I called today didnt even offer to come out. One says need mini backhoe to dig out dirt (dont know were we would put it!!!) and another says no backhoe would damage tank. Have one more company that we will get an answer tomorrow. We are so frustrated and at our wits end - dont know what we are going to do.
