Sharon Bell: We are going to give you the same courtesy that weve given to Deborah Johnson. Again, this is a Judge Konschuh SUPPORTER page, not a courtroom. Youre obviously not a supporter so if you dont agree with the information and comments that accompany it, its a free country, just go away. However, to be fair, we will respond one last time: Sorry I dont get any of this he did what he is accused of but lets tar and feather the wistle blower. REALLY?? So everyone whos every ACCUSED of a crime is guilty?? Wow. And youre judge, jury, and executioner? HES dragging it out?? HE isnt pursuing a trial. That would be your friend Mr. Turkelson. There would be no trial if it wasnt for him. And NO ONE, not even the prosecution, is alleging that anyone was bellying up to a bar. If you bothered to read, youd understand that there was a meal at the Blind Fish. Tainting the Jury Pool. Mr. Turkelson, please, people of the community dont talk like that. The spelling in this post was atrocious so the use of that phrase gives you away. Theres a statute on what is and isnt considered public funds. Do you have a law degree, or are you like the rest of us who have an opinion, and believe that no person in their right mind would KNOWINGLY throw away a 30 year career for less than $5 a week? The prosecution was claiming the training money was public funds too. But then they changed their minds. Why? Is training money public funds or not? Does the characterization change if someone else does the training, as in this case? What about if someone donates a gift of money for the prosecutor’s office and says to use it as they wish? Is that “public funds”? Is a fine for a speeding ticket the same or different? What about fundraisers or bake sales? Are those consider public funds? Could you pay your own bills with any of that money? Could you buy DONUTS and coffee for the staff if you wanted?
