Shawn has worked on facts about #PTSD and history of it. We are most fascinated with WWII. They disqualified millions from serving for mental impairment and learning disabilities thinking they would no longer have the issue of PTSD with military. They were so unprepared for the amount of mental casualties that at one point they were discharging more soldiers than they were getting new recruits. They also found in one study that the ones who didnt get PTSD were the ones that pre screened close to having a mental impairment but still under the threshold of disqualification suggesting that the only ones who get PTSD are the ones who had no pre existing problems.
