Shaz Journey: for those who have been following my Figure journey for the past 5 months my first competition for the season was with ASN Newcastle Classic Australian Natural Bodybuilding over the weekend! Placing 1st in Open Figure Short and 2nd in Womens Masters Figure ( over 35yrs). It was a credit to ANB Australia for the event was a spectacular day with a new running format which creates a little challenge for not only the competitors but the judges, officials and team supporters! The back stage crew really worked hard to get us all out on stage in time and made our day run as smooth and stress free as possible!! Though my day was unbelievably long, I am so ready and focused to repeat the whole process again in 6 more days!! Lemon mustard chicken with green beans for brekky and cannot wait to get to Gym UFO today and lift more weights xxxx
