After federal judge Orlando Garcia struck down the Texas defense of marriage act she and the citys attorneys decided they would be the first in the state to recognize gay married couples fully under city state and federal law. Haters have gotten their feelings hurt that there will be no more referendums on gay peoples rights. Sad and pathetic how they have decided to attack 21st century pioneers.
