She was just a innocent kid getting straight As gunned down in front of her house like a common hoodrat.A little girl who never stood a chance two pig tails in her head.Didnt even get to really live.No faught of her own just no where to go in the wrong neighborhood at the wrong time.Are was it her moms faught single mom working two jobs tryna pay the bills but never seeming to make ends meet so she was forced to live on the wrong side of the neighborhood streets.Are is it her city known for its violence so many little black boys with no daddys and no real role models but the ones slanging white on the streets. They didnt know no better so they become like what they see.Joining gangs because they want protection wanna be apart of things.Blasting at each other then looseing sight of what it all means.These little boys become little men minds never reaching their full potential just another brother destent for shackles.Typical story in a urban neighborhood violence and lost.These storys are sad when will we as a people stop.Maybe if you start changing a childs life before they ever become that men with a gun we would see less hood violence and more positive outcomes.
