The delayed opening applies to all facilities and services, except: • Allen Dining Hall opens at 7:15 a.m. as usual. • Brandt Student Center opens at 7:30 a.m. • The campus shuttle begins its route at 9 a.m. • Department of Public Safety officers are available around the clock.
