Sherri Nelson and Cory Allred show participants an operating room, set up and ready to go, explaining the equipment and processes used for arthroscopic surgery during the Community Health Event hospital tours on September 20th. We have three general operating rooms as well as another in the Women’s Center dedicated for C-sections. We perform an average of 3000 surgeries and 900 endoscopies each year. Our specialties include: General Surgery, ENT, Ob/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics (including Total Joint Replacement), Podiatry, and Urology. We will soon be adding Neurology (Spine surgery) as well. We are proud to say that we use the latest technologies here such as computer aided surgeries, laser surgeries with new technology added all the time. At Mountain West, SAFETY is our standard, SATISFACTION is our goal!
