First,Am sadly cöncerned with the havock the rains hv brought.Ppo hv lost their lives and property,may their souls rest in peace 2ndly,My plea to ppo in lower shire,i hv learnt wth dismay that u are reluctant to move away of shires river bank becoz u heavly benefit from donations brought in when u r hit by floods.Pliz,lets understand our initiatives. I wud hv bn happy if the government hd forced these ppo out of these places and relocate them elsewhere.Those that wud challengly want to remain shud nt be supported in any other way when affected.
