Shocking Gallup numbers for engagement around the world. Engagement defined as employees who work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. They drive innovation and move the organization forward. Never mind that, it seems like about 60% of people globally are unengaged: unengaged employees as those who are essentially checked out. They’re sleepwalking through their workday putting time — but not energy or passion — into their work.
