Shootings in schools and public areas almost everyday this past week with the recent one in Maryland, terrorist threats prior to the Olympics, big businesses committing crimes and selfish acts, minimum wage isnt cutting it, the income gap widening, our government does not care. We need change. Obama promised us change but not much has. Everyone needs to put aside their selfish wants and work together to improve our quality of life. I do not understand why they are so hesitant to raise minimum wage or salaries. I understand budget cuts and all that but its all short term. You do not see the big picture in the end. Raise minimum wage and salaries, more people will have more money and security, spending will rise and thus you get more in taxes. DUH simple economics. Sadly their selfish needs come before us. I correct myself, not needs, more like selfish wants. They dont need anything, they already have everything. But having everything does not make you happy. End rant.
