Beside these severed more than 20 years (1976-1996) as Social Development & Disaster management (conducted many relief and rehabilitation operation in many parts in Bangladesh as Head of operation) expert with different international aid agencies as head of country programs. Also worked with UNHCR at Refugee Camps, Cox’s bazar for Myanmar Influx to Bangladesh during 1985-1991. (looking after safety net ,Emergency shelter, sanitation n protection, Relief coordination). In 2012 and 2014, worked for 2 Evaluation studies as Legal Expert for Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh (ensuring justice at grass root level)- with multi donors like .
