Short Term Trainee Program - Blackwater Currently seeking people from the local community to participate in our Short Term Training Program. The roles will be based at Blackwater mine in the Prestrip and Coal Mining departments. The program will consist of inductions followed by simulator and basic training before commencing Haul Truck operator training under the supervision of work place trainers. Training will include the full induction process (6 competencies) and Conduct Haul Truck Operations RIIMPO311A.
