Chapter 1 (Good side) Trouble in New York City “This just in” the BBC news reporter said “Local residents of New York City have reported of a series of murders taken place over the last few years, we now go live to one of the residents. “It was horrible” a young woman told him. “Every night someone came along and murdered people. Just last night Mr Jones was murdered with a vase!” “Thank you for your time! Next week we go to our next story, are bunnies bad? Or are they good?” SuperGav was watching this and he was determined to find out who was doing this! So he raced to the bank and opened the door. “Now hold on sir!” the manager said looking SuperGav up and down. “How would you like me to straighten your tie?” “Of course!” SuperGav replied looking a bit confused. “Head this way sir” The manager told him. He lead SuperGav to the toliet’s and closed the door behind him. Then the manager placed his fingers on the urinal and pressed a few buttons. The urinal moved backwards and a door formed. “Please enter agents” A voice boomed. SuperGav went through the door and the door closed behind him. “MI7 has changed since you last came” The manager told SuperGav as they walked. SuperGav looked around him. Pictures of him were hanging on the walls. Each one saying “SuperGav: Agent of the year!” They arrived at a pod and climbed in. The pod closed and zoomed out into the open. The pod flew high into the air and released wings and soared across the sky. “So, you heard of the recent murders?” The manager asked, looking through the files of the recent complaints. “Yes I saw the news” SuperGav answered. The pod suddenly crashed into a mountain. “Hang on tight SuperGav, we’re going to fall!” The pod soon zoomed down and was heading towards the ground. SuperGav tried to press buttons in hope he could lift the pod up but nothing worked. “Goodbye SuperGav” The manager shouted, crying. SuperGav climbed out of the pod and used his hook to climb underneath the pod. He saw a wire was snapped. He grabbed the loose wire and held it in place. “Control the pod” SuperGav shouted. “OK!” The manger answered grabbing the controls. SuperGav held the wires in place as hard and as long as he could. The manager steered the pod without a problem. After half an hour of holding on to the wire, they soon arrived in the HQ. SuperGav was tired and he looked very dizzy. “Well that was a fun ride!” The manager called out to SuperGav and he started laughing. SuperGav walked very slowly to the conference hall. Other agents could see he was tired and offered help, but SuperGav was unable to answer so they assumed he was fine without any. When SuperGav arrived at the conference hall, his face was red and he got very shaky. He opened the door and headed in. “SuperGav there you...” The boss declared stopping in horror. “SuperGav, what happened?” But before SuperGav could answer he got dizzier and dizzier. Then he fell flat on the floor. “Sssssuper” He faintly heard someone calling to him before everything went black. Chapter 2 (Good side) SuperGav’s recovery SuperGav woke up 5 hours later in a hospital bed. “You’re awake!” the doctor said smiling. “What happened?” SuperGav asked. “You fainted.” the doctor told him. “We’re not sure how you fainted.” Then the doctor remembered something! “That’s odd...” the doctor told SuperGav. “I remember the pod’s being a attraction for people to go on..” “Really??” SuperGav asked very shocked at this news. “Yes really!” the doctor said. “They closed it down since people kept fainting every time it broke down. Most people tried to fix the wires underneath but they kept fainting and then in a couple of hours, they died.” “WAIT!” SuperGav shouted. “Are you saying I will die as well in a couple of hours?!” “Yes” the doctor answered. SuperGav was worried. SuperGav was told by the boss to go home and rest. SuperGav took his costume off and headed home slowly. He was now Gavin Bolam. People laughed and pointed at Gavin saying he was a great big tomato. When Gavin got home he walked slowly up into his bedroom and got into bed. Note to all readers: I don’t want to tell you what happens to SuperGav just yet so we’ll go to the bad side right now. Chapter 3 (Bad side) The horrid plan! Just a couple of hours away, far from New York City lay a massive building. Inside that massive building was the evilest person ever, Dr Carlo! “My plan is going so well!” He shouted. “Now that SuperGav is infected, I can take over Broadstairs!” “MWHAHAHA!” “Doctor your new jetpack is built!” A goon shouted to him. “Bring it in” Dr Carlo demanded. Someone came in carrying a box. “Here you go sir!” The guy said. “Thank you” Dr Carlo replied taking the box from his hands. Dr Carlo opened the box and grabbed the jetpack. “Now I can flyyyyyyy!” He shot into the air and whacked the ceiling. “Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!” He cried whacking the sharp stuff. He landed with crash. “Perhaps some training would be wise boss” A goon suggested. “Your right, to the training room!” 2 hours later “Get some work into it!” the instructor shouted. “I can’t...” Dr Carlo panted “I’ve done more than enough” “You’ve only done 4 press-ups!” the instructor laughed. “GET A MOVE ON!” Dr Carlo did as much as he could. He really did. But he kept collapsing. “Dr Carlo!” A woman raced in. She was Dr Carlo’s information finder or should we say DIF. “What?” Dr Carlo asked. “It’s SuperGav!” She said excitedly. “He’s dead!” Chapter 4 (Good side) The dead hero?? Since you missed what happened 2 hours before SuperGav died, let me explain. 2 hours ago. SuperGav went home and rested in his bed. He was just going to sleep when suddenly.. “HELP” A girl shouted. 4 boys were chasing her in hopes of getting her purse. They had finally cornered her and she was getting scared. She started to attack them with her bag. Gavin looked out the window and got his costume on. He walked outside. “Its SuperGav!” the girl shouted SuperGav walked slowly towards them. The boy’s laughed. They started to attack SuperGav. “Stop let go of him” The girl shouted. But it was no use. Then she got a load of vases and whacked them on the boy’s head’s. They fell flat on the floor with a THUD. “Are you ok?” She asked with worry in her voice. “I’m fine..” SuperGav mumbled trying to get up. Then she gasped. “You got infected too?? She cried seeing the infected bit on SuperGav’s neck. She phoned 999 and asked for the ambulance. They came half an hour later and picked up the boy’s. Then they checked SuperGav. “You’ll need to come with us lad” One of the crew told him. They hoisted SuperGav on a bed and placed him in the ambulance. 1 hour later SuperGav lay in bed feeling very sick. His face was green and he felt horrible. The door knocked. “Come in” SuperGav said. The door opened and the girl came in. “Sorry” She said closing the door. “I got so worried about you I just had to visit!” SuperGav gave a friendly smile. But suddenly SuperGav saw a vase behind her back. He asked “What’s with the vase?” She put the vase in a bag and said “Nothing, it’s just a reminder of my great aunt June” She left the room. Soon night came. SuperGav was asleep in no time at all. He started to dream.. Chapter 5 (Good Side) The dream Note to all readers: This is the shortened version of the dream. “Wake up kid!” “WAKE UP!” SuperGav woke up with a jolt. “Where am I?” SuperGav asked. “Welcome to the Gaming service” A speaker announced. “With games getting better, gaming is nicer now!” SuperGav looked around. There were games as far as the eye could see. “Whoa!” He cried spotting Mario Kart 7 3DS. “SuperGav will now be transported” An intercom said. A gush of wind blew sending SuperGav backwards. “WOAH!” SuperGav cried being pulled into a portal. The portal read “MineCraft” Things went blurry, SuperGav was nearly unconscious, But he travelled though many holes and loops. Then everything went black... SuperGav woke up with a yawn. He looked around him. He was in a grassy land with sheep and pigs around him. Everything was all blocky.. “Oh great” SuperGav moaned. “I’m in MineCraft.. First thing, make a house!” SuperGav raced to the nearest tree and started whacking the wood. The tree broke and little wood cubes popped out. SuperGav opened his pockets and started crafting stuff. 5 minutes later SuperGav was building a little hut. But then nightfall came. SuperGav raced in just in time because Zombies and Skelly’s were patrolling the area. In the distance a Creeper was looking around hoping to blow itself up. A spider jockey was walking around hoping to jump on a victim. It was a nightmare. SuperGav covered the door and windows in dirt and waited for morning. But then he heard a sheep baaing. He destroyed some of the dirt and saw 3 sheep close to him. He looked to see if any monsters were about. But none were about. SuperGav made a sword and jumped out. He then killed all 3 sheep and gathered the wool. But then, he saw a skelly looking at him. “Uh oh” SuperGav said worried. The Skelly got his bow out and aimed it at SuperGav. SuperGav raced back to his house. Darts were firing at him but he dodged them like a pro. He jumped into his house and covered the window with dirt just in time. (If you want the full dream read the full book) Chapter 6 (Bad Side) SuperGav is dead “SuperGav is dead” The woman announced to Dr Carlo. Dr Carlo was shocked. “Wait really?” He asked. “Yes!” She cried. “Finally you killed him!” Suddenly he walked up to her very upset. “What’s wrong boss?” She asked. “We killed him” He said slowly. “Well you did it” She reminded him. “Then why do I feel so empty?” He asked looking at pictures of him failing against SuperGav. “I don’t quite follow boss” She said looking confused. “Minions!” Dr Carlo shouted. His henchmen ran to him. “Yes boss?” they asked. “Fetch me my time machine” “Ok boss” they replied running off. “Why do you want your time machine?” She asked. Dr Carlo did not answer but instead pushed a button saying (Only press in an emergency) He fell through a hole and into a massive machine. “Systems are ready!” Shouted a man. Dr Carlo pushed buttons and setting the dates. “Where are you going boss?” She asked. “To...” Dr Carlo started. The machine was getting ready to teleport. “Save SuperGav!” The machine disappeared. It was long enough for Dr Carlo to see a surprised face on his helper. Around him was a colourful place. Clocks around him were moving backwards and many things were reversing. Soon Dr Carlo landed before SuperGav went into the pod. He saw him and the bank manager climbing up to the pod. “STOP!” Dr Carlo shouted. They could not hear him. Dr Carlo got his machine and zoomed up. SuperGav saw the machine and got ready to attack... “Stop SuperGav” Dr Carlo said before landing. SuperGav looked at him. “What is it Dr Carlo?” SuperGav asked. “Don’t go in that pod, you’ll die!” SuperGav thought he was being silly but something told him he should trust him. “Don’t listen to him” The bank manager said. “This pod is 100% in perfect condition. Dr Carlo grabbed the bank manager. “Now you listen to me you good for nothing minion!” “I hired you to kill people in New York, but I did not tell you to kill SuperGav!” SuperGav looked at the bank manager. “You did this?” SuperGav asked. “Yes but with a little help!” The girl climbed down from a ladder and started laughing. “I was going to kill you with my vase when you went to hospital, but some loser decided to change the past” She shouted glaring at Dr Carlo. “Now we will take both of you down!” The manager shouted. Chapter 7 The Final Battle (Good and Bad Side) The manager headed for Dr Carlo and punched him in the tummy. “Ooh that’s got to sting!” The manager cried laughing. Meanwhile the girl was heading for SuperGav “Every hero comes to an end!” She laughed hitting SuperGav with a vase. SuperGav fell backwards and landed by Dr Carlo who was groaning. Then SuperGav kicked the bank manager in the chin and he fell backwards and fell off the roof. “Boss!” She cried flying down. She flew up with him and sent blades at them. SuperGav used his laser vision to break them. They broke in no time at all. But then the girl sent them flying again. They could not get up. “Now to finish them!” the bank manager and the girl said. SuperGav looked around. He saw a bomb. He placed the bomb, grabbed Dr Carlo and ran. “What?” the bad guys asked before “BANG!” The building collapsed. “Why did you help me?” Dr Carlo asked SuperGav. “Well as much as your bad I can’t let you die” Dr Carlo looked at SuperGav with a smile. “Can I still kill you?” SuperGav looked at Dr Carlo. “No!” Dr Carlo frowned but asked. “How about if be friends?” SuperGav answered “Of course” Dr Carlo announced “From now on I’m going to be the good guy!” 5 weeks later “Welcome to MI7 agent Carlo!” The boss said smiling. “I did not think you would turn good!” “Well SuperGav helped me!” Dr Carlo told him. “Who will attack SuperGav now?” Agent Randy asked. Just then lasers made a hole in the roof and someone dropped down. “I am Storlight and I am here to eliminate you SuperGav!” The End
