Short video I took on my bike ride this morning to Ocean Grove...I rode 22 miles this morning an average speed of 12.9 MPH according to my speedometer...improved my overall time today...I have 21 speeds on my bike and these pro- riders wiz by me at 18-20 MPH...Ill get to their level within time BUT Im sure-as-shit not shaving my legs and arms to lesson air-drag or wearing that tour-de-France aerodynamic clothing and helmet they wear!...I will stay true to my beliefs...a bike ride is just that...nothing more.
